I also like Greek Yogurt for its thick texture. What I made was no different than at the towns yogurt shop.

Now. I have funny story for you that I experienced this morning.
baked a half recipe carrot cake , and I had eggs & hash-browns for breakfast.
I always blend oil, egg and carrot chunks in the blender first, then mix with flour, etc. When all was done I could only find 3 egg shell pairs. Looking all around the kitchen, I could not find but three pairs of egg shells. What happened to the 2nd one for the carrot cake? I gave up on that mystery and cut myself a piece of fresh baked cake. Wala, first bite was gritty…..second and third also gritty. Hmmm.

Can we or can we not use a blender to make the homemade frozen yogurt?

I don’t want to be a killjoy but was listening to news today about different sugar alternatives killing brain cells? I have to guess that would be a daily use.. but now that I’m curious about the allulose also.. any known issues with it?? Thanks in advance..

So I’m glad to find your ideas here for yogurt ice cream. Years ago Turkey Hill used to make a yogurt ice cream that I would buy in my local Shoprite, but that’s been long gone. I’ve decided to make my own mixtures now. Thank you so much!

I think it’s better for diabetics and weight loss.
Thanks

I used low-fat greek yogurt and replaced the honey with apricot syrup. DELICIOUS and soooo simple! Thank you!
