This is my new go-to for Chinese flavor! I followed the recipe, and both the marinade and dressing were excellent. I used the low-fat, toasted ramen, which I found to be too hard and sharp to have in my salad, but this is more of a matter of preference. This recipe has so much versatility; I will definitely be making this again.
