Just a quick note that if you click the scale buttons for 2× or 3× the recipe, it also doubles (triples) the timing and temperature for toasting the nuts. Toasting pecans for 30 mins at 1050 degrees F seems pretty dangerous 😜

I got very close to your figures – again an estimate by aggregating individual values.
I also got a fibre content of 6.75 grams / 50 grams of mix. I thought that was a very good result, as I find getting enough fibre in a day can be a bit of a challenge!

I mixed ¼ teaspoon of salt with a generous ½ teaspoon of cardamom and sprinkled it throughout the trail mix. It paired amazingly well with the dried fruits and nuts!
