My toddler devoured it too 🙂 I live at high altitude so ended up cooking a little longer but still came out great. After mixing in the pasta I cooked the liquid down for about 30 min. Everything else followed according to recipe.

– I couldn’t find where in the recipe it mentions to add in the pesto – I think that’s a typo?
– I used 1 lb of chicken breast cooked separately and added with the cheese. This worked OK but the meat was a little overdone and therefore dry. Next time, I’ll cook it a little less before adding it to the dish
– Some of the pasta didn’t boil before it got toasted so it was crunchy. Are there any tips for getting all the pasta to cook evenly?
