I’m so excited to see more of your yoga posts! I totally had no idea how beneficial yoga is for all the different physical ailments that can arise, though of course it makes sense considering how beneficial it is mentally. Also, supine twists are literally life for me. I go into them every night in my bed to detoxify my body for the day (especially when there’s a satisfying crack LOL) and it helps me get right into relaxation mode.
