I added a little water to try to moisten it and pressed it into the pan the best I could. The bars are definitely crumbly and fall apart easily but I do like the not so sweet flavor of them. I used unflavored pea protein and honey.
I’m wondering if they might hold together better if I add another egg or cut back on the oats?
